Drinking water shortage in Andalusia

The municipality of Pozoblanco in Andalusia has had no drinking water since April. A total of 24 municipalities, or 80,000 people, are affected by the shortage. The reservoir meant to supply the towns has run dry because it has hardly rained for months. And adapting the infrastructure to the current situation is as complex as it is costly.
