Odessa, Ukraine, is kicking off another summer season. Before 2022, the Black Sea resort welcomed up to 3 million visitors each year. Today, the goal is to restore a sense of normality — especially for local tourists — and help revive the country’s war-ravaged economy. To achieve this, strict regulations have been put in place.
