A fitting motto, given that the Bavarian band have made a speciality of gloomy, melancholy songs that seem to have been tailor-made for walks out in the depths of the darkest nights. Driven by the trenchant voice of frontman Julian Larre, Lacrimas Profundere leans heavily on epic instrumentations for a truly chilling musical experience.
