In Luton, a new system aims to relieve the pressure on hospitals: whenever possible, Dr Adriana and her team treat seriously ill patients at home, especially the elderly. The new approach is urgently needed because, as in the rest of the country, Luton's hospitals are becoming overwhelmed.
