Maria is in the final stages of becoming a midwife. As a devout Catholic and member of the Slovak pro-life movement, she is fighting for a sweeping ban on abortion that would not allow the procedure under any circumstances or exceptions. Maria is also opposed to same-sex marriage, and is optimistic about the European Union shifting to the right. Until now, she has felt underrepresented in EU institutions.
