Camilla Lyngaard Larsen is a marine biologist in northern Denmark. She is working on a European research project called “Ultfarms”, which investigates whether offshore wind farms in the North Sea and the Baltic can be used more sustainably. She discusses seaweed farming and European cooperation, but also asks whether the EU investing enough in this innovative project.
