When she was at school, Lucia dreamed of one day being able to drive around her neighbourhood in a red Ferrari. This dream has helped the 32-year-old Slovak of Vietnamese origin to cope with racism. Blerta, from Prishtina in Kosovo always has new projects on the go. When she realised that she was the only woman working in programming in Kosovo, she decided to remedy the situation herself.
