Spain: Historical regularisation of migrants
3 min
Available until 11/02/2027
In a move that contradicts the rest of Europe and the US, Spain has just announced mass regularisation for migrants. 500,000 people will be eligible to have their status legalised. This regularisation follows a civic legislative proposal that received over 600,000 signatures. It also responds to the needs of a booming economy that is lacking workers.
