The prestigious Prix de Lausanne brings together 87 young dancers from across 19 countries for its 2024 edition. These promising young artists aged between 15 - 18 are competing to gain entry into the best international dance schools.
Candidates receive four days of classes and coaching led by leading figures in classical and contemporary dance with a selection day concluding this intensive period of training. Only the best will go through to the final on Saturday 3 February.
The first morning has boys and girls of all age groups run-through classical variations and attend contemporary dance classes led by Lakey E. Peña. A good preview of the week to come.
