Over time, religious practice in Europe has begun to decline, with European society becoming ever more secular. There is nothing in the founding texts of the European Union that refers to God, Jesus or the Bible, and the EU prefers to emphasise the richness and diversity of its cultural, religious and humanist heritage. So, does Europe really have Christian roots? Let's find out.
